Impressive views of the Matterhorn from our room balcony.
Unfortunately, the staff at reception were quite unhelpful, lacking friendliness and warmth. This made our check-in experience rather unpleasant as we felt like we were being a burden rather than guests. the room cleanliness left much to be desired, with corners untouched and the moldy faucet not being addressed during our stay.

The hotel was perfect for our family getaway. With cozy rooms and breathtaking views of the Matterhorn, we enjoyed the great location. We had a lovely dinner at the restaurant. the dishes were fresh and delicious! Definitely a highlight of our trip!
For dads, it would be great if the shower space was larger.

the hotel was really nice, staff were super friendly and welcoming. it’s an easy walk to zermatt and really convenient for exploring. our room was pretty comfy and warm. breakfast had a good variety and the atmosphere was nice. the communication with staff was very easy, they always helped us out.
the shower setup was kinda tricky to use and the view from our room wasn't what we expected. we also had no toiletries except a bottle of shower gel.
